The founder and owner of Over Under, Trey holds a 100 Ton US Coast Guard Masters License, as well as a Commercial Single and Multi-Engine, Instrument, Airplane License. Trey recently moved from the Florida Keys back to NJ full time to conentrate on OU's North East Fishing Businesses. In addition to his personal fishing experience in the NE Canyons, and Florida Keys, Trey has been fishing the waters of the Bahamas for the past 12 years and has concentrated the majority of his fishing time in the SE Bahamas around islands such as Rum Cay, San Salvador, Cat Island, Long Island, and Crooked Island. Captain Trey has been a frequent guest on George Poveromo's World of Saltwater Fishing, as well as an annual panelist at the Salt Water Sportsman Seminar Series. Trey has written numerouse Big Game Fishing articles for several magazines. In 2009, Trey became a 50% partner in Mirage Sportfishing, with the intention of re-introducing the Mirage Line of Sportfish boats to the public.
Captain Joe has a USCG 100 Ton Captain's License. He joined Over Under Adventures full time in March of 2005. Joe is from the NJ area and has been fishing the NJ Canyons for the last 13 years. When not fishing off the NJ coast, Joe has spent considerable time fishing out of South Florida. Joe's worked boats fishing for grouper and snapper out of Ft. Myers, as well as Sailfishing and Kingfishing down in the Keys and Tortugas. Joe is currently on his sixth season in the Bahamas with Over Under Adventures.
Tyler is in his third season with OU. Tyler specializes in fishing both inshore, offshore, and the back bay waters of Southern New Jersey. Tyler lives in Sea Isle City and is one of the best in the business when it comes to fishing the Back Bays of Sea Isle, Avalon, and Stone Harbor. Tyler mates on many of our offshore fishing trips, and run our 34' Mirage, and 19' Back Bay Boat fishing for Flounder, Stripers, Blues, Sharks, Taug, and Sea Bass. A school teacher for special needs children by trade, Tyler is great with our smaller anglers!
Captain DARRIN CALLAHAN holds a 100 ton masters license and has fished the local inshore and offshore waters of Hatteras N.C. since his teenage years. He has also had the good fortune to fish Tournaments up and down the East Coast from Key West to Cape May. His international fishing experience includes Bermuda, Venezuala, Mexico and Costa Rica. Captain Callahan looks forward to a good day of fishing… his true passion. One of the most enjoyable Hatteras Captains to spend a day on the water wtih say so many of our customers.
Capt. Ted Lund has fished Key West and the lower Florida Keys for nearly 30 years. His clients have set 27 International Game Fish Association World Records. As a professional outdoor writer, photographer and editor, he’s written thousands of articles on fishing, boating and diving with credits appearing in publications like as Sports Illustrated, Yachting, the Redbone Journal and The Miami Herald. He’s traveled the world and written about it as the Managing Editor of Sport Fishing, and also served as the Editor-in-Chief of Fly Fishing in Salt Waters. Most recently, he served as Editor of the world’s largest saltwater fishing magazine, Salt Water Sportsman.
Joe was born and raised in Miami. He has been fishing the waters off of Miami and the Keys for the past 10 years. He specializes in Live Bait Kite Fishing for Sailfish in the winter months. He is a proven tournament winner, as both Captain and Angler. Although Joe spends most of the winter chasing sailfish with his kites, he loves all billfishing. Joe spends over 100 nights per year chasing swordfish off of Miami.
Joe spends most of the summer fishing in the Bahamas, as well as St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands, where he chases around Blue Marlin on the North Drop. Joe is a very experienced Captain that just loves to fish! Joe holds a six pack license.
